Fresh from everyone jeering at her leaky nipples, Madonna got booed at her London Film Festival premiere just because she didn't want to hang-around outside the Angus Steakhouse in Leicester Square talking to fans. They're not the the real critics, so whatever.

At the UK launch of W.E, Madge looked quite nice in L'Wren Scott dress. Much better than previously anyway - her pillow-y face doesn't so much freak us out as make us want to take a nice little nap. However, she apparently did get booed for not loitering on the red carpet and chatting to people who quite possibly only wanted to ask her why the hell her brother was living under a bridge. 

We just tried to Google a proper review but all that came up was 'W.E Need To Talk About Kevin review'. No we don't need to talk about Kevin (apart from Webster possibly), we need to talk about Madge's film. Thankfully the singer-turned-director was happy to chat to Sky News about it, saying:

"I do know what it's like to be misunderstood on a global scale.

"[Wallis Simpson] lived at a time when women didn't have opportunities like we do now.

"She didn't have the chance to defend herself so I'm taking that opportunity now."

"Even when I try something old and try music I come up against the critics. I cope by not reading anything."

So she wants to defend herself, but she doesn't read any criticism?

We are actually quite intrigued by this film, although can't imagine Madge's Wallis being as good as Nurse Jackie's Eve Best, who made a brief but great appearance as the American socialite in The Kings Speech.
