England boss Fabio Capello is quite the media tart these days, if not quite in the same league as predecessor Sven-Goran Eriksson. First he launches his Capello Index website - a major error of judgment that prompted an embarrassing U-turn - and now he shows up mugging for the cameras alongside Little Britain stars David Walliams and Matt Lucas in a new England World Cup ad to shill team sponsor Nationwide...
