For some inexplicable reason, Holly Madison (me neither) decided to trot around Vegas with a couple of hundred women all dressed in bikinis. This naturally attracted the attention of the Mayor who presented her with a certificate. The certificate says "Gold Medal Winner of attracting the mayors attention with 400 fake tits 14th May 2009".
