An exclusive version of one of our favourite singles of 2011
Thu, 20/10/2011 - 16:43 by Tim Chipping
The wondrously talented CocknBullKid, AKA Anita Blay took a long time to release her debut album. But it was worth the wait, and Adulthood is one of our favourite records of 2011. This is a special "stripped down" version of her pop hymn to London, Asthma Attack, performed live in the Holy Moly studios (i.e. a room we found upstairs that no one was using).
Providing it’s not the future by the time you read this, you can see CocknBullKid live when she supports Patrick Wolf on the following tour dates…
22nd Oct - Liquid Room, Edinburgh
23rd Oct - Speakeasy, Belfast
24th Oct - Dublin Academy
26th Oct - The Ritz, Manchester
27th Oct - The Cockpit, Leeds
28th Oct - The Foundry, Sheffield
30th Oct - Millenium Music Hall, Cardiff
31st Oct - O2 Academy, Oxford

3rd Nov - Komedia, Brighton
