Adam Lambert, ALMOST winner of American Idol 2009 has confirmed the rumours and come out of the closet as homosexual young man. What with all the Prop 8 shite that's banging around California at the moment, it's quite a refreshing thing to see.

Rumours of Adam's sexuality were rife ever since he, erm, acted really gay all the way through American Idol.

There then followed a public spat with previous winner Clay Aiken, who also came out (as a 70 year old woman). Following intense speculation (mainly after he got photographed having his toenails painted in a salon, which would tend to do it), Adam decided to come clean in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, which is due to hit the stands later this month.

However as these photos suggest, Adam seems to have taken matters into his own hands [insert own punchline here].
