Amy Winehouse has arrived back to the UK just in time to be charged with common assault. The singer allegedly punched a fan in the face at a charity do (oh the irony!) back in September, when she was asked to pose for a photograph.

The incident is said to have taken place at the End of Summer Ball, where Amy managed to perform despite looking as though her face was about to fall off (see above), in London's Berkeley Square last year.

 

The fan, Sherene Flash, has claimed that Amy hit her in the eye after her request for a photo, before running off crying:"Life can't go on, I can't do this any more"

 

According to reports Amy spoke to police yesterday and is to appear before the City of Westminster magistrates on 17 March.

 

Meanwhile, Blake Civil- Fielder, who's just been released from prison, is reportedly still "besotted" with 17-year-old school girl (just to make it sound even more sleazy) Francesca Morralee (which she seems to lack plenty of!) whom he has been seeing since he filed for a divorce.

 

Fran, who has a picture on Facebook with a Valentine's Day balloon Blake sent her, has insisted: "He hasn't cheated on Amy."

 

A convenient source said: "They are trying to keep the whole thing under wraps. It's been going on since him and Amy separated. He filed for divorce and only then did he ask her out officially.

 

"They tell each other that they love each other. They seem so happy together he is absolutely devoted to her even though it is early days.

 

"He has promised her he wants nothing to do with Amy. She speaks to his mum every day and tries to get through to Blake but he doesn't want to know."

 

What a catch...
