Blake Fielder-Civil is released from prison and put straight into rehab

Blaaaaaaaaaake not incarcerated!!

Good news, (for Amy Winehouse at least.) as her Blaaaaaaaaake is longer incarcerated. Yes, justice has been served and Blake Fielder-Civil has been released from Highpoint prison and is on his way to a rehab clinic in Surrey.

Blake is, however, still in police custody and will serve the rest of his prison sentence receiving treatment in rehab (only the same one Ronnie Wood has ben staying in...tsk) rather than remaining in jail. Like everyone else.

Looks like Amy will be spending Christmas with her Blaaaaaaake after all...
