Britney Spears has filed a restraining order against ex 'love rat' Adnan Ghalib and her former manager, who also has rat like qualities about him, Sam Lufti. According to court records, Britney has asked her father, who is still acting as her conservator on all matters legal and financial, to protect her from Ghalib and Lufti as she is said to be afraid of them (and Ghalib's dodgy goatee is pretty frightening).

Lawyers went to court over the weekend on behalf of Britney to seek restraining orders against Sam, who acted as her manger in 2007 and early 2008, and Adnan, with whom she was in a relationship for three months last year.

Court documents read: "On the first anniversary of the establishment of the conservatorship, the co-conservators are informed and believe that these three figures are working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship, with an utter disregard for Ms. Spears' health and well being."

The papers also show that Lufti had been trying to contact Britney though other people, despite a temporary restraining order being placed against him last year, and has been accused of sending "anonymous, harassing and threatening" messages to Brit's dad, Jamie.

Jamie has also alleged that his daughter still tells Ghalib of her whereabouts "and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit".

Let's hope this is the last we have to hear about these two...
