Chris Brown appeared in court in LA yesterday over the Rihanna beating, and reformed character that he is even managed to get to the courtroom without hammering someone repeatedly in the face.

More details of the accusations were revealed, namely that he had been violent towards Rihanna for some time but the violence had begun to escalate of late. There are also more photographs of the singer's face the day after the incident which are even more horrific than the one released so far, but these are yet to see the light of day.

 

TMZ.com has obtained notes from three of the detectives on the case (which surely means that the next thing they'll be looking for is another job) giving details of the events. An argument broke out as Brown drove and received a three page text message from another woman. Brown tried to force Rihanna out of the car but genius that he is failed to do this because of her seat belt. He then banged her head off the window, punched her repeatedly, bit her on the ear and also the fingers, and all of this whilst still driving (beat that, The Stig) and shouting,

 

"I'm going to beat the shit out of you when we get home. You wait and see."

 

He's really not the cleverest man in the world, is he? Somehow Rihanna claims she managed to phone her PA and told her to have the police waiting at her home, to which Brown replied,

 

"You just did the stupidest thing ever. I'm going to kill you."

 

And then he did the stupidest thing in the world by driving her home to the waiting police. Anyway, yesterday Brown was charged with two felonies for assault and criminal threat, meaning he could face four years and eight months in jail. So in some form of Karmic justice he may soon be hearing the words 'I'm going to beat the shit out of you' whispered into his hear by a three-hundred pound man called Bubba.
