David Carradine may have been murdered and then it made to look like suicide, according to his manager Chuck Binder.

This contradicts the evidence so far that it was probably a tragic wanking death as a rope was said to have been found tied around the 72-year-old 'Kill Bill' actor's neck and genitals when he was discovered in a Bangkok hotel room wardrobe on Wednesday.

It also goes against what Thai police are saying, that no one else was involved.

But Carradine’s manager, Chuck Binder, claims the actor's hands had been bound behind his back and a footprint found on the hotel room bed did not match his shoes.

He added that a producer on the film Carradine was working on when he died had told him: "For sure there was foul play."

His lawyer, Vicki Roberts, has also stated: "I believe there may have been foul play. Anybody could stage a suicide after a murder."

But Thai police are sticking to their story, saying: "Nobody else was involved. We checked the CCTV and nobody came in or out his room.

"The room was in perfect order. Nothing else seems to have been touched."
