If our gallery of nice things didn't cheer you up, here's a huge dollop of steaming hot soup. Former Big Brother contestants Samanda celebrated their 21st birthday on a riverboat that sank to the bottom of the river Thames with no survivors stayed afloat for all the other ex-BB housemates and other reality TV show stars party the night away after they climbed aboard...

And isn't amazing that they've all kept in touch with each other and are friends and weren't using a birthday as an excuse to turn up and to cling onto any last nugget of fame.
