Spread each slice of bread with a tablespoon of Vegenaise or mayonnaise, sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper. Layer the bacon, tomato, avocado and lettuce on four slices of the bread and then sandwich with the remaining four. Cut each sandwich in half and serve."

This woman is an inspiration. I've only ever had the courage to make one sandwich at a time and found that to be a struggle. Now that Gwyneth Paltrow has blazed this trail, I may attempt a feat of multiple sandwiches. I'll start with two and work my way up.
Why offer a vegan alternative for mayonnaise if you're going to put bacon in the sandwich?
What about advice on controlling her gag reflex as numerous Moles throat fuck her?
