Jade had apparently wanted to join Bob and Lynn Walker, who lost their daughter Claire to cervical cancer last year aged of 23, as they handed a petition into Downing Street today.

 

Clifford said: "If Jade was well enough she would have been there. She wanted to be there and hand it in herself. But she will be there in spirit."

 

Maybe he just saw a copy of OK! and assumed she was already dead.
