Sigh. Gossips around the world are suffering from Repetitive Strain Injury thanks to having to type the sentence 'Jennifer Aniston Splits From John Mayer Again' every fortnight. Thankfully, it seems to be for keeps this time as Mayer ended the relationship with the classic line of needing 'time to himself', or rather time without Aniston and the alarmingly loud ticks coming from her biological clock.

Let's just see how much time he spends 'to himself' before he's next pictured hanging off the front of a new lady friend. MSNBC.com's The Scoop lived up to its name by managing to find a source close to Mayer, a source who may or may not be entirely fictional.

 

"She's a control freak, and he can be very incommunicative. Plus, she feels he plays games with her head."

 

Not football, hopefully. It seems that the pair are just too different to make it work, though it's sad they didn't realise this around the time of their first break-up last August (and the seventeen subsequent break-ups since).
