Michael Jackson is being sued once again, but looking at the evidence so far he probably has a pretty good chance of winning this particular case. The plaintiff is one Billie Jean Jackson (I'm guessing this may not be the name she was given at birth) who has already been arrested for trespassing on Jackson's property and shouting out that she was actually his wife and the mother of baby Blanket. Despite the fact she is clearly mentally ill she has found a lawyer prepared to take her money... sorry, her case to the courts.

To be fair, Michael has never revealed the identity of Blanket's mother and she hasn't exactly been rushing to the press to admit her part in the turkey baster shenanigans. Billie Jean Jackson is claiming that Michael has deliberately kept her away from her child and has had her arrested every time she shows up unannounced at his door with wild hair and rolling eyes. Aww. She only wants to visit little Blanket, after all.

 

So Billie Jean has revealed a completely sane list of demands that she wants the court to grant. Joint custody (obviously), she wants to visit and stay over every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night and then there's the little matter of $1bn in support. Well, if you don't ask, you don't get.

 

One thing Billie Jean might have overlooked is that she refers to the child as 'Blanket' in all documents, despite the fact that his birth name is 'Prince Michael Jackson II'. Though we'd probably all prefer to be called 'Blanket' it does seem odd that a mother wouldn't know such details. Oh, and the fact that Billie Jean is black and 'Blanket' clearly isn't.

 

So that would seem to indicate that Billie Jean was not his lover and that the child is not her son. Etc.
