Walking question mark Paris Hilton has been ordered to stand trial by a judge who refused to dismiss a lawsuit, accusing her of breach of contract.

The Worldwide Entertainment Group charged Paris with neglecting to honor promotion and publicity agreements related to her 2006 film Pledge This.

Paris is being sued for $8.3million. She was paid $1million for the (snigger) acting role, along with "reasonable promotion and publicity". Is that what people who can't act get paid nowadays? Where do I sign up? I'll shave my crotch and promote the hell out of the damn thing for half the price!

Part of the blame has to lie with the film makers here. Who the hell signed off on a film that contains this dipshit playing the part of, and I quote - 'the president of an exclusive sorority'. I'd rather watch Alvin and the Chipmunks 2.

WEG spokesperson Michael Goldberg insisted Hilton's failure to plug the movie's DVD release cost investors more than $8.3 million, and a Miami Federal Court judge has agreed the case should be heard and is refusing a request from the heiress' legal team to dismiss the lawsuit.

The fact that neither you, I or the entire film watching population even knew this film existed, kind of indicates she didn't really do a good job of promoting it - given the fact that she promotes a complete waste of space (herself) extremely effectively., claiming she owes investors a whopping $8.3 million .

The trial is scheduled to begin on 8th June.

I had the unfortunate experience of watching this movie added to that with a hang-over worst movie i have ever seen so dumb it was funnny one of those types of movies. I dont she has any money left because apparently she only inherited 10 million from grandfathers account so its probably gone now with her excessive sunglass buying. The walking ? good name but it should be the walking . Who would pay that dweeb to act in there movie, they deserve to have been duped by paris, to cast her in a movie they must be dumb!
