Magazine editor question

Which magazine editor took all his staff out for a Chinese, and when the bill arrived said "OK, we're splitting it."
Disgruntled staff acquiesced, figuring they couldn't really put a jolly on expenses. Having gathered the cash and paid, the editor takes the receipt... and puts it on expenses.
