Breast-erado

Salma Hayek recently nipped over to Sierra Leone for a humanitarian trip and luckily brought her breasts along for the jaunt. As expected, Salma's tiddies were required to make a major contribution to the trip but sadly the paparazzi decided to hang around New York, LA and London rather that a small village in Africa which saw Salma breastfeed a random baby.

There is a protocol when a man encounters a breastfeeding lady, involving the words 'It'll never eat all that, never mind the spare' though luckily this western maxim does not appear to have made its way to western Africa. Anyway, Salma went on a trip to Sierra Leone, a year after she gave birth to her own child and met a woman who was unable to breastfeed. Selflessly she whipped out a milky cannon and provided some instant nourishment, or as she puts it,

"The baby was perfectly healthy, but the mother didn't have milk. He was very hungry. I was weaning Valentina, but I still had a lot of milk that I was pumping, so I breast-fed the baby. You should have seen his eyes. When he felt the nourishment, he immediately stopped crying."

Is there anyone out there feeling hungry and able to fake tears? I'm starving to be honest, and just hoping I can last long enough to get on that plane to LA. Salma, if you can meet me at the airport, this nappy will probably need some attention as well.
