Travis - Song To Self
Wed, 07/01/2009 - 00:00 by chrisnsLo and behold, there's a new Travis single out.
There's probably always a new Travis single out, we just wouldn't normally notice.
No one but the most sadistic of all bastards enjoys giving Travis a bad review; they're just so bloody nice. And 'Driftwood' was and is brilliant. And, um, the drummer hurt his back once.
But really... what's the point now? They just do what they do and if anyone else likes it then they really should listen to Girls Aloud more.
There are 345 things we can think of doing that would be a better use of our time than listening to the three minutes and forty five seconds of the floppy, soft rock plod of 'Song To Self' again.
And they are...
Playing with some string
Arguing about 'Goodnight Sweetheart'
Deleting a former school friend from Facebook
Wanking
Crying
Wanking and crying
Worrying about death
Microwaving a disappointing soup
You can fill in the rest...
