In what is becoming a tiresomely regular occurrence, tabloid tealeaf Peaches Geldof has been caught on the rob in a fancy boutique again. This time it was designer store Luna & Curious in East London who had the unenviable task of disentangling an item from the grasping mucky paws of Sir Bob's offspring.
Despite the fact she is paid obscene amounts of money to whittle away at our sanity via the mediums of print and television, Peaches has already been caught shuffling out of shops with expensive gear stuffed inside her coat twice this year. Must be for the thrills then eh?
In this latest incident, staff of said shop described Peaches as 'behaving atrociously' before she flounced out with the garment, presumably to torture more minimum wage flunkies with her unique blend of arrogance and stupidity. One of the shop assistants tracked her down with ease, as she was browsing in a store a mere 100 yards away. This confirms that the Boomtown Brat is either a) hindered with an IQ in single figures, b) woefully crap at nicking stuff or c) all of the above.
A sheepish Peaches agreed to come back and pay for what she was clearly hoping to get away with thieving. One of the shop assistants said of the incident:
"My colleague was shocked. Her behaviour was absolutely unbelievable in the shop before the incident happened. She was acting very bizarrely. The matter is closed as far as the shop is concerned now, but an apology would have been nice."
Yeah, it would be nice wouldn't it? But the day Peaches Geldof apologises for yet another outrageous transgression to add to her blotted copy book, is the day we stop ripping the piss out of this charmless, talent vortex. So never then.
