So respectable, in fact, that the producers of 'Hannah Montana' - the show in which Miley plays a schoolgirl pop star who effectively screams 'buy my merchandise, you spoilt little shits' straight to camera - have invited the daughters of President Elect Barack Obama to appear on the programme.
Speaking to Access Hollywood, Billy Ray Cyrus babbled:
"They probably will. The invitation is there. You know the 'Hannah Montana' film comes out in April. Maybe something might happen around then."
He then clammed shut pretty sharpish, quick to insist that any further details were a secret. Well, that and the fact he had to rush away to attend a NASCAR rally with his friends Bubba-Joe, Mary-Sue and Bobby No-Thumbs.
Obama's kids are reported to be big fans of Miley Cyrus (who was unbelievably voted one of Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People In The World this year) but it's unknown whether they'll take up the offer.
Still - it wouldn't be the first time US political-types have made TV entertainment appearances. Nancy Reagan once appeared on Eighties sitcom 'Different Strokes' in order to promote an anti-drug message, while George W. Bush could recently be seen on the set of Barney The Dinosaur, giggling and pointing as the crazy big purple fella done dance a funny jig.
*Sorry.
