Ah don't you love good news? After learning earlier this week that Blake Fielder-Civil is being sent back to prison for failing a drugs test, we now hear that Coldplay are being sued for copyright infringement over their recent testicles-in-a-vice excruciating hit 'Viva La Vida'. And what musical great have the wet foursome been copying? None other than Eighties joke fret masturbator Joe Satriani...

 

Satriani has filed suit in Los Angeles saying that 'Viva La Vida' incorporates "substantial portions" of his 2004 cheese-fest instrumental 'If I Could Fly' and wants as much of Chris Martin's loot as he can get his caloused hands on.
