After the most dreadful year of her life (except maybe last year) it's no wonder that Britney Spears has taken a long, hard look at herself and decided to make some lifestyle changes. Very commendable. After all in the last 12 months she's had a massive breakdown, lost custody of her children and released 'Womanizer', so she clearly needs to take stock of her life and set down some stern personal ground rules.

So she's decided to stop biting her nails. And to stop worrying about things. Which is fair enough. Did you notice the state of her nails when she was carted off by the men in white coats? She simpers...

 

"Next year, I have to learn to stop biting my nails! I would like to stop worrying so much, because I worry all the time. And to learn how to be happier, just in general. I have to learn to take things not so seriously."

 

Well, maybe talking things like prescription medication and child care more seriously might be a good thing? Anyway, here's to another 12 months of Britney, the most entertaining show on earth, whether she means it or not.
