It looks like Amy Winehouse has moved on from her fling with Alan Carr last week in St Lucia and the newest guy to rock into her world for a bit of tabloid attention is a former rugger bugger called Josh Bowman who is friends with Kelly Brook's boyfriend, Danny Cipriani. But, surprise surprise, he's also a wannabe actor.

But, to be honest, why else would you let your penis stray anywhere near Amy Winehouse unless it was for a bit of publicity? Just think of the danger you're putting your little fella in for a start. Have you seen the woman's teeth? Bowman, who is on holiday on St Lucia with his mum and sister, said of Amy yesterday:

 

"She's a cool girl, very nice, and we're just very friendly. She's a good laugh.

 

"It's not been all party-party. I don't drink much at all. I'm not a typical public schoolboy."

A friend of his told The Sun: "Josh is the sort of guy most girls would love to take home to their parents, whereas not many men would be brave enough to do the same with Amy.

 

"They have become really good friends on St Lucia, even though they are chalk and cheese.

 

"Josh hardly drinks, would not go near drugs and is a keep fit fanatic — but the two of them are having a blast."

 

Hardly drinks? Amy's got to be a four pinter at best surely.

Bowman, 21, who went to the £26,000-a-year Wellington College in Berkshire (hence the winter break in St Lucia) hasn't got the best acting CV to date - a bit part in a BBC drama playing Zeus and an appearance in a KFC ad on his TV so far, so is presumably looking to up his profile with some column inches. Although surely the best he can hope to get out of this is £5k for spilling the gory details to the NOTW and a place on the C-list for next year's Celebrity Big Brother.

 

He surely couldn't be duller than this year's contingent.
