The Errors Of Comedy

The whole world knew that a comedy opera based on the life of the Beckhams was a terrible idea, mostly because the real couple themselves are (unintentionally) far funnier than any comedian. Despite this, a musical based on the life of Posh and Becks was green-lit some time ago and finally opened in Dublin on Tuesday. Against all odds, it still seems to be open, though the run can probably be measured with a clock rather than a calendar.

The brilliantly titled 'MacBecks' (you just know that with a genius title like that you're looking at a good two and a half hours of belly laughs and wiping away tears of mirth) plays on Beckham's Shakespearian qualities of comedy, tragedy and speaking in a voice like a mouse inhaling helium.

I don't know if there's an actual medical term for the condition where your toes curl up so violently that they begin to protrude through the top of your feet. Watch this then ask your doctor.
