Well, sort of... Salma Hayek was filmed by ABC's Nightline programme breastfeeding an African baby in Sierra Leone.
The actress came across the baby in the war-torn country during a charity visit for Unicef. When she discovered that the hungry child's mother was unable to feed him (and having enough milk of her own to feed the entire continent) stepped in to breastfeed. Salma said:
"The baby was perfectly healthy, but the mother did not have any milk. He was very hungry - I was weaning my daughter Valentina, but I still had a lot of milk, so I breast-fed the baby.
"I'm here in Sierra Leone and I was able to feed a baby that was very hungry."
Good for her!

While I find a story about a woman breastfeeding a baby a bit trivial and unnecessary Salma has done a lot of important charity work and I am grateful for that. And the part of the country this story took place in I recently helped raise money for at a Car and Boat Donations event in California.
