Paul Gascoigne has apparently been sober for three months (which is more than you can say for his 'daughter' Bianca) and has been talking about some of the events that led up to him being sectioned three times in the last 12 months. (Now don't laugh, it's not actually a joke...)

He told The Sun: "I ordered two toy parrots that talk back to you. They record what you say and repeat it. I began to feel they were about the only people who would talk to me.

"I started to think they were real and once ordered three pints - one for me and one each for the parrots."
