As expected, Kanye was fulsome and became chattier than an 80 year-old meeting someone who had never before heard an anecdote about the Blitz. In fact Kanye became so chatty that major editing was required to reduce his opinions to the required fifty minutes span of the show, though maybe another fifty minutes of editing might have made the show even more attractive.

Amongst the gems that failed to make it past the cutting-room floor were Kanye's thoughts on the whole 'Rihanna and Chris Brown battering' thing, with Kanye spluttering,

"Can't we give Chris a break? I know I make mistakes in life."

Well that's no secret - we've headr the new album. One of the odder spats in history must be that between Kanye West and Thom Yorke of Radiohead. What, you've never heard of this great falling-out? This massive dispute that rivals the Hip-Hop East v West Coast battle (though with slightly fewer casualties)? Kanye even went as far as to say,

"When he performed at the Grammys, I sat the fuck down."

It's hard to imagine too many people on their feet at Thom's performance, to be honest. It seems Kanye is miffed with Thom following a supposed snub by the lazy-eyed rocker at this year's Grammys (let's face it, Thom Yorke probably doesn't ever snub someone deliberately, but he might not notice people as he only has one working eyelid). And picking a fight with Thom Yorke is a bit like attacking a sickly puppy with a sock full of sand.

If that's what they're leaving out of the programme can you imagine what a towering stack of televisual shit will be left in for the transmission?
