Danielle Lloyd sues over rude photos almost being leaked

An unscrupulous Carphone Warehouse employee apparently touted the pictures to a variety of papers after being asked to transfer data from her old phone to her new one. She is taking legal action against the company for breach of trust and invasion of privacy. Carphone Warehouse is conducting its own internal investigation into the alleged leak.

While all invasions of privacy are wrong, this is Danielle Lloyd we're talking about here. She is a 'model' who willingly gets photographed in next to nothing and who parades her latest 'boyfriend' every week outside of some garish Essex nightclub for the paparazzi. If she fenced off her private life from her public life, her career would have dried up years ago.

Her lawyer described the pictures as "very private". What could they possibly contain? Maybe it's a photo of her toilet. Or a picture of her skidmarked pants hanging off the end of a rusty radiator. Or a bar of soap with a single pube attached.
