Apparently 'dread' means heartless. It actually doesnt, we looked it up in the Oxford dictionary;
Dread
• verb anticipate with great apprehension or fear.
• noun great fear or apprehension.
• adjective greatly feared; dreadful.
So one could say, we were filled with dread at the thought of meeting Rachel. See what we've done there...
