Film: Recently, somebody 'in the industry' seems to have decided that action films only need to have one really good action scene and then they can pad the rest of the movie out with dialogue and crap chase sequences. The latest Bond is a pretty archetypal example, featuring a 106-minute runtime more bloated than Daniel Craig's inhuman pecks.

Extras: Remember when bonus material used to be shot on crappy handheld camcorders by homeless people? Well, not in the age of Blu-Ray, where every second of behind-the-scenes material looks almost as sharp as the film itself. This doesn't stop it being the most banal shit ever, but it is quite easy on the eyes.
